Ahlstrom membranes are a relatively new technology manufactured by the company Ahlstrom-Munksjö, a Swedish-Finnish company. This filter media is one of the most effective techniques we work with and it removes a variety of pathogens and contaminants. For example, bacteria, parasites, viruses, endotoxins, pharmaceutical residues, microplastics, PFAS substances e.t.c.

Activated carbon deals with, for example, chlorine, organic pollutants and, above all, PFAS substances, which is a problem that is increasing worldwide. It is also effective for improving the taste and smell of drinking water.
