Geysir Double is a freestanding water purifier for the sink top that you connect to the kitchen faucet. It is a very handy, effective and durable water purifier that is easy to use for the whole family. When you want crystal clear water to drink, brew coffee or tea, cook food e.t.c. you just turn a knob. Based on both the high-tech filtration technologies Microspiralfilter and Ahlstrom membrane and additionally produced with the highest quality of stainless steel for water purification (304).  Geysir is supplied with one "universal microspiral filter" and one "Ahlstrom + activated carbon" cartridge in the two filter houses. Geysir is easy to clean and change filters in. 

Ahlstrom membranes are a relatively new technology manufactured by the company Ahlstrom-Munksjö, a Swedish-Finnish company. This filter media is one of the most effective techniques we work with and it removes a variety of pathogens and contaminants. For example, bacteria, parasites, viruses, endotoxins, pharmaceutical residues, microplastics, PFAS substances e.t.c.
 
Installation: On kitchen faucet with external thread M22x1 or inner thread M24x1. Adapter included. If your faucet has a different size of thread, you may need a universal adapter that can be found in the "Spare Parts" category.
 
Filtration capacity: 1,5-2l/minute for optimal filtration. Depending on the quality of the incoming water, the duration of the filter varies, but usually the filters lasts between 5-10,000 liters. There is also an option to extend the microspiral filter's capacity by regenerating it using a method described under the category "Water purification", subcategory "Operating instructions" on our website (front page). Both of the cartridges should in any case be replaced after at least one year for best function. Should you notice that the flow decreases drastically or that taste and smell deteriorate, you may need to change earlier.
